Hello, I am Emmanuelle.
I am a nutritionist and health coach who specialise in gut health, with a special emphasis on the link between digestive and mental health. I help women over 40 to regain your health and energy without having to stop everything you love and enjoy. I help you make small, realistic and achievable changes in your diet and lifestyles so you can embrace a thriving life, full of energy, even if you are running around all the time, struggling and have tried everything before.
My mission when working with you is to give you manageable tools that you can implement straightaway, in a plain language so you can feel empowered and motivated to make changes.
Originally from France, I moved to London in 1997. I come from a family and a culture that places food at the centre of life, but it was my recurrent back pain that led me to explore alternative ways of improving my health. After many years in the corporate world – with high levels of stress, long hours of sitting, fatigue and pain – I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist and discovered the transformative power of diet and lifestyle changes to support my health and take back control. I now help women, just like you, who are experiencing fatigue, pain, low mood, anxiety, poor sleep, headaches and weight issues. Everything is interconnected so what happened in your gut has a direct impact on how you feel (in your brain) and vice versa.
My approach is simple and straightforward, without demonising any food and without judgement. My clients mention that they like my relaxed and no-nonsense attitude. I offer my services as a nutritionist in South West London (Southfields, Wimbledon, Putney, Fulham, Battersea…) and the rest of UK and internationally online.
