What is nutritional therapy?

As a complementary medicine, nutritional therapy aims to identify potential nutritional imbalances which may contribute to your symptoms and health issues.

It is especially relevant if you suffer from a chronic condition, but also if you are looking to maintain or improve your health and wellbeing.

Nutritional therapy uses a naturopathic approach which stresses that the body has the natural ability to heal itself provided it is given a nutritious diet – full of all the essential nutrients that makes your body works at its best – combined with lifestyle changes such as sleep and stress management and/or exercice routine. It is a holistic approach looking at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of each individual.

Nutritional therapy aims to balance all our body systems (homeostasis) so they can work in harmony with each other and make us feel our best.
